Reservations

Allergies / Dietary Restrictions

Our reservations are open for two months ahead. Please note that the menu is subject to change as we work mainly with local producers and suppliers.

Reservation for June will open on the 1st of May, 12:00 PM.

Dear guests,
We are unfortunately unable to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions if they require a comprehensive menu change that will compromise our usual menu standards. This is also due to the nature of how we work with ferments and making our own garums (variations of fermented fish or seafood sauce). At Saga, we also prioritise the wellbeing of our small team and we strive to deliver the best for our guests without overextending our staff.

Please contact us via hejhej@restaurantsaga.se for further information before making your reservation.
